How We Service Customers

Our Maintenance Contracts

Yes, in addition to installing new HVAC systems, we have a very active service department that cares for homeowners and businesses in need of emergency and non-emergency service. We provide 24/7 emergency service and usually dispatch mechanics within 24 hours, even for new customers. We service all makes and models of heating and cooling equipment and if your system is in need of a part not in inventory, we’ll order it for you and promptly return for installation.

In addition, we maintain the systems of 250+ customers under Service Agreements ensuring their equipment is running reliably even in the most extreme heat waves and cold snaps. Most often it’s the home that has not had routine maintenance that will experience mechanical failure at the most inopportune times – when it’s most cold or hot outside. We maintain these homes so that the equipment performs when it’s most needed, will last and to keep indoor air quality clean, healthy and comfortable.

Sunrise customers under annual Service Agreements benefit from:

  • Semi-annual visits to inspect, clean and start up their systems;
  • 24/7 Emergency Service with priority scheduling of jobs within 24 hours of service request;
  • Lower labor, parts and emergency service fee billing rates than non-contract customers;
  • And most importantly, peace of mind knowing their HVAC systems have been professionally maintained to yield their highest possible efficiency and reliability.

Our Postcards

Each spring and fall our Service Agreement customers know they will receive our colorful postcards to remind them to schedule their semi-annual maintenance. But we don’t stop there. Our office will contact those customers who don’t call us to make sure no one falls through the cracks!
