The Unico Green Series is a variable speed, highest efficient blower motor that provides 2 stages of heating and cooling for the greatest comfort and efficiency. Two zones of conditioning from one set of Unico equipment! Scope of work: this home in a historic neighborhood of New Rochelle was built in 1903. The home needed new efficient heating and it did not have central air conditioning.
